La historia de «Seven wonders»

El primer tema que Stevie Nicks entregó a Fleetwood Mac para Tango in the Night llegó en una fiesta de Halloween. La canción la había escrito Sandy Stewart, que ya había colaborado con Nicks en tres canciones de su disco en solitario The Wild Heart (1983). Stewart envió una maqueta sin hoja de letra, y Nicks entendió mal un verso de la primera estrofa: «all the way down to Emmaline». Se quedó con ese nombre y con un pequeño porcentaje de los derechos; ella misma contó: «Me había encariñado tanto con el nombre Emmaline que lo mantuvimos y ella me dio un pequeño porcentaje».

Publicada como segundo single del álbum, se convirtió en el segundo de los cuatro éxitos Top 20 estadounidenses de Tango in the Night y alcanzó el número 19 en la lista Billboard Hot 100. El vídeo, dirigido por Marty Callner, muestra a la banda tocando sin público ante un fondo de cortinas rojas y un diorama con bocetos del Taj Mahal, el Coliseo romano y la Esfinge de Giza. Años después, el final de la temporada de American Horror Story: Coven se abrió con Nicks interpretando la canción, lo que la llevó al número 18 de la lista Rock Digital Songs con 13.000 ventas.
